Top 5 vegan blogs I love and follow for new recipes
If you are anything like me, you tend to cook the same things over and over because it is easy and convenient; but sometimes you want to get creative and try a new recipe. This is when recipe blogs come in handy. Today I am going to share with you some of my favorite vegan recipe blogs. I frequently check these blogs for new recipes and to add variety to my diet.
Let me start by saying I know that the Minimalist Baker is moving away from being 100% vegan, but this blog is still my absolute favorite, and has so many great vegan recipes still. All the recipes require 10 ingredients or less, 1 bowl, or 30 minutes or less to prepare. There are a large variety of recipes ranging from DIY flours, desserts, butters, drinks, entrees, etc.
This blog has easy-to-follow, healthy, and budget-friendly vegan recipes that are mostly Gluten, oil, and Refined Sugar Free. All the recipes are simple to follow and delicious.
I love this blog because not only does it have delicious plant-based recipes but it also has a lot of education on digestive wellness, weight management, mental and emotional health around food, nutrition for toddlers and children, and much more. It focuses on not only nourishing your cells, but also your soul.
This is another good one; it is by a vegan couple that creates fresh, and fun recipes to show people that vegan cooking is easy and delicious.
This blog features vegan recipes of popular comfort foods like mac and cheese, burgers, Caesar salad, and even cheesecake. It shows that vegan food is far from boring.
